Meyer Landmark
501 N. Main, Hutchinson, Kansas
The Landmark Hotel, originally known as the Stamey, is a five-story mixed use building originally constructed in 1923. At one time the building housed the finest hotel in the Hutchinson market, including a grand lobby and restaurant on the first floor. This new reuse and historic preservation project will create thirty-six new apartment units as well as ground floor commercial spaces.

Budget: ~$15 Million
Project Overview
The upper floors of the building have remained vacant for over 10 years, but with a solid structure and adaptable layout, they building is well-suited for modern apartments.
The Meyer Landmark Project is being led by Hutchinson's Laura Meyer Dick in partnership with Pomeroy Development.

Restoring this historic building will not only preserve its unique character but also contribute to the revitalization of downtown Hutchinson, bringing new energy, growth, and much needed housing to the area.
