We are passionate about rural, historic development work

We exist to create residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate assets in underserved rural communities throughout Kansas.

Every small town has
that one old building.

You know, the one everyone goes by and says,

"someone should really do something with that."

Well, that's exactly what we do at Pomeroy Development.

Our development style

HIGHER QUALITY
FINISHES

We take great care in finishing our properties with quality countertops, appliances, and lighting.

HISTORICALLY AUTHENTIC RESTORATIONS

Each property has it's own story to tell and we strive to make it shine in its own unique way.

PREMIUM

LOCATIONS

We focus on downtown properties which puts our tenants in walking distance of so many local amenities.

What is the role of a developer?

Think of a developer as the executive producer of a movie. There are directors, actors, makeup artists, crew members, lawyers, bankers/lenders, set designers, and many more roles that must align to bring the final product together. Without the center spoke of an executive producer a movie would go over budget, miss deadlines, or lack cohesive vision.

In a very similar way, a developer gives a real estate project vision and direction. The developer coordinates with architects, contractors, investors, local governments, lenders, historic preservationists, interior designers, property managers and other partners to keep a development project on track.
